safar association morocco safar association was registered in ain leuh, middle atlas, by matondo guevart, zakaria adnani and driss amkkour; the main target is to create educational exchange occasions among schools / communities of youngs from france and morocco; the used tool is the tour; the subjects are sport and environment in july 2008 chez safar was ultimated, a structure for hosting youngs groups and responsible travellers this year as well, in july, two work camps were carried out, involving french and moroccan youngs wifaq association morocco mohamed kachtoun was unanimously reappointed as president of the local association in imouzzer tichka the barrage (water reserve basin for dry seasons) was inaugurated in july 2009; a new project for drinkable water distribution from the source and the installation of counters in all housed of the village is already partly financed in august a work camp was carried out, involving about ten italian youngs and kids from the village and the surroundings almougar association morocco the excavation of the well of sidi boudarqa was completed and the water pump bought; after evaluating the capacity of the waterbed, they will build a chateau d'eau and they will distribute water in the houses the building of a roofing was completed, over the toilets in the village school among projects on the stocks, the building of a polyfunctional centre for women, hosting various cooperative activities such as argan oil, carpets and weaving, and so on spring cultural festival for the youngs in tiwadou morocco the third edition of the festival was initially planned for the beginning of may 2009, but it was posticipated to the end of june due to communal elections; a shortened edition, also for the high temperatures, but nevertheless less participated in terms of both students and public thanks to several responsible journeys, even the forth edition is already fully financed, and the participation may be extended to all primary schools in afella-ighir valley; it is planned for spring 2010 twinning essaadiyine-tiwadou / ilclassico-milano morocco last march 24th, 2008 the music school ilclassico in milano and the essaadiyine primary school in tiwadou signed a twinning contract, in the auspice that mutual knowledge helps to gather instead of divide; after several bureaucratic vicissitudes the new contract will be submitted to the moroccan department of education in autumn 2009 from a practical point of view, the twinning might materialize through a journey exchange and a didactic program about common subjects to be developped in the two schools a library for tiwadou morocco during 2008 and 2009 124 books were collected and delivered to essaadiyine primary school in tiwadou, and the school headmaster made an inventory and filed them; the collected books include material for children and kids, novels and tales for adults, essays and cookery books from european cuisine at the school year starting, a space will be located where the library is hosted (it should be accessible for both the students and the village inhabitants) and the book lending conditions will be defined development projects in tiwadou, anti atlas morocco mohamed sahnoun ouhammou, who has been always deeply involved for the improvement of economic and social status of his valley, with particular reference to children and women, obtained the fundings for the completion of the toilets in the essaaydine primary school, in his village, and for the extension of the rooms in the afella-ighir feminine college; moreover, together with the new headmaster, he is planning a cyber room for students and, possibly, for the whole village yalla project morocco with the purpose of making the YALLA guides even more independent in their job with italian travellers, an italian language course was proposed to them the first part of the course was accomplished in june/july 2009, arranged in one week - 10 days modules; the course cost was limited to the didactic material (book and cd) left to the students, since the teacher, non professional, carried out his job voluntarily
